Once a service has been booked and payment has been processed, the amount is non-refundable.
**Cancellations & Service Changes**:
– You may cancel your appointment or request a change of service up to 2 working days before the scheduled time by contacting our support team.
– Cancellations or service change requests made less than 2 working days in advance may not be accepted and are subject to approval based on availability and operational conditions.
– We will do our best to accommodate service change requests; however, changes are not guaranteed and depend on the type of service, staff availability, and schedule constraints.
**Rescheduling**:
– We allow rescheduling of appointments at no additional charge if requested at least 2 working days in advance.
– Rescheduling is subject to availability.
